The Community: The Bayshore Condominium is the oldest surviving condominium in Pensacola. The Bayshore was originally an apartment building built in 1965 by Pensacola Native, Ouida Baggett Regan. Since Hurricane Ivan hit in 2004, the Bayshore has undergone well over $8 million in renovations. The 13 story building contains 98 individually owned condominiums and is noteworthy for its personal waterfront view of Pensacola Bay, as well as close access to Bayou Chico, the Pensacola Country Club, Pensacola NAS and downtown Pensacola. Amenities include 24-hour doorman, outdoor pool, fitness room, community gathering room, library, community garden, and dock leading out into Pensacola Bay.
Dues: Bayshore Condominium Association dues are One Bdr. $555.17, Two Bdr. $584.41, Three Bdr. $642.85, Penthouse West $853.23, and Penthouse East $1322.96 monthly. Due on the 1st of each month. Interest (18% per anum) will be added after the 10th of the month from the date due until paid, in addition to the administrative late fee of $25.00 or 5% of the assessment, per Covenants.
